Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of soaps, returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me if you have any concerns about a product you purchased.
How do I care for my soap?
Handmade soap will dissolve quicker when exposed to water so be sure to keep the soap out of the direct stream of the shower, standing water, and make sure it dries out between uses. The soap will also last longer if you use a washcloth or louffa instead of rubbing it directly on your skin. Unused soaps are best kept in a dry, dark location to preserve freshness until you are ready to use them (best used within 6 months for best fragrance retention).
Do you do custom orders?
Totally! Custom orders are always welcome. We can do special batches of soap just for you or favors for a party, wedding, etc. Message me to discuss what you would like and timeframes in detail. Minimum quantity will apply to these orders.
